Glidvite Event Texts
Text messaging terms
Glidvite sends a few helpful texts about an event, only to people who ask for them. Reply STOP at any time to stop them.

The program
Glidvite Event Texts is the text message program of Glidvite (gildvite.com), the animated invitation and RSVP service. Texts come from the Glidvite number and always start with “Glidvite”.
Who gets our texts
We text only people who opted in themselves on our website:
- Guests who tick “Text me updates about this event” when they RSVP on an invitation page.
- Hosts who tick “Text me about my order and my RSVPs” when they order an invitation.
The guest opt-in reads: “Text me updates about this event. By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from Glidvite about this event at the number above: my RSVP confirmation, reminders and any changes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not required to RSVP.” Both boxes are optional and unchecked, and you can RSVP or order without them.
Hosts often send their invitation link from their own phone. Those messages come from the host, not from Glidvite. We do not text phone numbers that a host gives us; a guest hears from Glidvite only after opting in.
What we send and how often
- A confirmation when you opt in.
- Your RSVP confirmation with a link to view or change it.
- A reminder before the event, with the time, place and map link.
- Changes to the date, time or venue made by the host.
- For hosts: order updates and RSVP alerts, at most one digest a day.
Message frequency varies, usually 2 to 5 messages per event. We never send promotions or advertising, and we text only between 9 am and 8 pm local time. Links in our texts always go to gildvite.com.
Cost
Glidvite does not charge you for texts. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any Glidvite text (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT). You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further texts from Glidvite after that. To start again, reply START.

Supported on major US and Canadian carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
We use your mobile number only to send the texts you asked for and to answer your replies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared, except with the carriers and messaging providers that deliver our texts.
